IKEA PAX Installation Costs

Includes complete assembly of the PAX frame, installation of all interior components, units secured to the wall and each other, trash taken out (not hauled away), basic clean up and wipedown

Includes installation of door handles/pulls as needed

A set is one pair of doors that covers two frames

IKEA lights that are designed specifically for the PAX unit only

Includes ripping out existing shelves, rods, baseboard or crown moulding as requested and we’ll patch up any visible nail holes. Hauling away trash or painting is not included.

A digital rendering of your new closet before you actually purchase. Includes in-person consultation, measurements, and unlimited revisions until you’re happy with the layout.
This rate sheet is for reference only. Actual pricing may vary depending on a few factors (like like space conditions, custom requests, etc.). Your best bet is to reach out to us with details of your project, maybe even sending us pictures or links.

Some things to Consider Before Installation:
Enjoy the flexibility of a modular closet! Don't worry about making end-all final design decisions - you can easily upgrade later if needed.
Keep in mind that not all closet spaces are the same, so take into account the size of your PAX frame when designing for a reach-in or walk-in closet. You don't want to accidentally design a closet that restricts access to drawers.
Please ensure there is ample space for us to work and construct these large cabinets on installation day. This may require moving some furniture and temporarily taking over the room.
While it may not be immediately apparent, perfectly flat walls are uncommon. When installing a PAX frame against a wall that’s visible, you may see uneven gaps along the edge. However, this is not a structural issue and does not affect the quality of the finished product.
What We Can’t Do
While we're masters of our craft, there are some services we don't offer in-house. If you require any of the below services, we recommend hiring a specialist prior to our arrival. Alternatively, just let us know and we can leverage our network of professionals to connect you with the right people.
We can’t do any custom structural work to your home, like reframing your space, installing entryway doors, or running electrical lines. These types of services need to be done by a qualified professional.
We can’t do any custom work to the PAX unit that would jeopardize the structural integrity of the unit, like cutting down the width of the frame, stacking frames, or installing frames that aren’t sitting upright. Some custom work may void the manufacturer warranty from IKEA and our own 1-year warranty on workmanship.
